We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as one of the pioneers and most experience manufacturing and contracting in the field of cryogenic insulation.
Having 35 years experience in this field, we have associated in all types of CRYOGENIC INSULATION jobs such as CAST IN-SITU PUF pouring in pipelines, PUF/ PIR pipe supports, vessels,tanks and pharma reactors. PUF Spray on surfaces and manufacturing of PUF Sandwich Panels at our works in Vadodara.
We started our association with "Klowpur Insulation Pvt. Ltd" Vadodara in 1984. Klowpur was the only company at that time which had the National Agency in India for "GUSMER" U.S.A PU Dispensing Machines. We have trained several customers for handling the PU Dispensing Machines and training their technician and for executing jobs for various PU Applications.
Since 1993, SIGMA PROJECTS has been involved in executing on site / offsite PU Application with various consultants /projects / owners and as subcontractors to main contractors.
SIGMA PROJECTS have a very experienced crew and necessary equipments / manpower to execute jobs and handle contracts in all types of Polyurethane / Polyurea related jobs. Under the close watch of Mr. Nitin Gandhi, Proprietor, SIGMA PROJECTS has grown up to a very good reputation for maintaining an excellent quality of execution in timely fashion.
We also provide our consultancy services for design and use of PUF as Insulation material For Various cryogenic & heat conservation applications.
